Check In & Check Out Details

• You may check in any time after 3 PM on the day of arrival.
• Your door code will only work during the hours of your reservation.
• Early check in may be available – just check with your host. Several factors will determine if you’re able to check in early, and whether or not there will be an additional fee.

Please use the two parking spaces available on the garage apron. (Garage access not included.)

If you have a boat or additional vehicles, you may park on any of the graveled areas. Be sure to not block access to gates or the shop doors. If you’re unsure, reach out to your host to determine the most convenient spot!

Follow the sidewalk to the breezeway door, located between the house and the garage.

TO UNLOCK THE DOOR:

• Press any button to illuminate the keypad, then enter your door code.
• Press the lock/unlock button below the keyhole.
• Once you hear the door unlock, you’re ready to open the door and settle in!

Notes:
You’ll receive door code via Airbnb message the day prior to check-in.
If you press the wrong button, simply start over with the correct code.

TO LOCK THE DOOR:

• From outside, press the lock/unlock button once.
• If you hear two beeps, double check that the door locked successfully. Press the lock button again if you’re unsure.
• To lock from the inside, simply turn the knob.

• You may wish to adjust the thermostat. It is directly across the room from the door.
• Wi-Fi login details will be on the desk by the front door.
• While you’re settling in, take a look around the space and make sure everything meets your expectations. Reach out to us if you have any concerns, or if you’d just like to let us know you’ve arrived safely and settled in.

• Check out time is 11:00 A.M.
• Make sure you haven’t left anything behind. You may want to double check drawers, bathrooms, showers, closets, under beds, the refrigerator, and check outlets for chargers.
• Check that all doors are locked, and lock the breezeway door behind you as you exit. You can confirm at a glance that a deadbolt is locked if the knob is vertical.
• Send a message to confirm you’re checked out.

OTHER NOTES

We’ll handle the cleaning and laundry after you leave. We would like to thank you for being mindful of Airbnb policy and leaving the space in a state that does not requires excessive or deep cleaning.

Sometimes things break, wear out, or don’t work as expected. If you encountered any of these issues during your stay, let us know so we can correct it for the next guest.

While our cleaners usually arrive shortly after your departure, we do appreciate it if you take out any trash that contains leftover food, meat wrappers, or other items that can spoil quickly.
